Ms. Cooksey showed me about a dozen homes/condos. I was unable to purchase due to a financial hardship. That said, I found her to be a very honest and hard working realtor. On one occasion, I requested to view a property on a Friday evening. By 8:00 am the next day, I had an appointment to see the home. She is very honest, knows the market, never wasted my time with properties that were not within my budget nor interest, and is realistic with the prices. I know a handful of realtors in this area, and would choose Ms. Cooksey over any of them. I look forward to working with her next year when I'm ready to purchase.
